The logic behind the module
Here is the thing: a single lamp is just a part. A module is a tool. When we put together a curved array, we aren’t just bending some metal. We spend the time calculating exactly where each lamp goes and at what angle it needs to sit. Why? Because we want that infrared radiation to hit your glass perfectly across the whole surface. No more “cold spots” that you usually get with a DIY setup. Plus, we’ve already handled the boring stuff. The wiring, the controllers, the reflectors—it’s all in one unit. A word on heat and trade-offs
To get through thick glass quickly, you need some serious heat density. We use shortwave infrared to get the job done fast. But there’s a catch. High-wattage modules put off a lot of ambient heat. If you’re running these at full blast, you need to make sure your fans and ventilation can actually keep up. If the housing gets too hot, your lamps are going to burn out way sooner than they should. Just keep an eye on your airflow.
