Between the rain, the dust, and those wild temperature swings, the heating elements eventually give out.&#xA;There is nothing more frustrating than having a perfectly good heater chassis, but because one single tube burned out after five years, you&amp;rsquo;re forced to toss the whole thing in the trash. Or worse, you spend your entire Saturday afternoon fighting with a sealed unit and a screwdriver.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;We thought that was ridiculous.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;So, we built these units to be modular. Instead of soldering everything together in a permanent, messy web of wires, we used a plug-and-play setup.&#xA;If a tube dies, you don&amp;rsquo;t have to mess with the main power board or rewire the whole system. You just pop off the IP65 grille, slide out the old module, and click in a new one. It turns a miserable half-day repair job into something that takes about ten minutes.&#xA;Now, here is the tricky part.&#xA;Usually, when something is rated IP65 (meaning it&amp;rsquo;s sealed against water and dust), it&amp;rsquo;s a nightmare to get into. It&amp;rsquo;s like a vault. We got around this by putting the weather-sealing on the outer shell and the connector gaskets.&#xA;The electronics stay bone-dry, but the hardware stays accessible. You get the protection you need without the headache of a sealed box.&#xA;To be totally transparent, there is a tiny trade-off. Using modular connectors creates a bit more contact resistance than a direct solder joint. For a garden heater, it&amp;rsquo;s barely noticeable. But we decided that a tiny bit of resistance is a fair price to pay for a machine you can actually fix.&#xA;Just make sure you tighten the module clamps properly, and you&amp;rsquo;re golden.&#xA;At the end of the day, we&amp;rsquo;re thinking about the long haul. A heater you can&amp;rsquo;t fix in your own backyard is just future landfill. We&amp;rsquo;d rather you keep your hardware running for a decade instead of tossing it the moment the first tube flickers out.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
